Ray will be laid to rest in Porthcawl Cemetery on 25 June 2020. The ceremony will take place at 1.30pm and the hearse will leave from Ray's house in Porthcawl at 1pm. Due to current restrictions only 16 immediate family members are able to attend the ceremony in the cemetery.
The hearse will leave Ray’s home at Church Place, Porthcawl at 1pm, past the Seahorse pub (one of Ray’s favourite watering holes), South Road and along the seafront promenade to allow people to pay their respects.
Ray has asked for donations to the Maggie’s charity in Cardiff in lieu of flowers. Many of you will know what comfort Ray found in Maggie’s over the last year.
